The petitioners are in custody since 06.06.2019 in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 294 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/504/379/307/ 34/354(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 302 of IPC was added.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature against all the accused persons and that the petitioners are only said to be present there and no specific allegation has been attributed to them. It is further submitted that other co-accused who have

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54560 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 also been named in the FIR, have since been extended the privilege of bail vide order dated 01.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42909 of 2018 and 28.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57931 of 2018.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Koilwar P.S.
