====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Since the trial is near completion, as such, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail for the present, it has also been submitted that none of the prosecution witnesses have supported the case of the prosecution.

No.65922 of 2022(2) dt.30-11-2022 2/2 In the event, if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months from today, the petitioner will have liberty to renew her prayer for bail before the learned trial Court and if the learned trial Court comes to a conclusion that for no fault of the petitioner the trial could not be completed within the time aforesaid the petitioner shall be released on bail.
