JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 25-02-2016 Since the petitioner was the primary reason for creation of the adhoc committee, this Court will not come to his aid and rescue by interfering with impugned order, contained in Annexure-6, dated 03.07.2015.
However, it is made clear that the adhoc arrangement cannot continue indefinitely. Enough time has elapsed. It is high time the university now constitute a regular governing body, so that the affairs of the college will run smoothly.
Writ application is dismissed with a direction upon the
Patna High Court CWJC No.14087 of 2015 dt.25-02-2016 2/2 Vice-Chancellor to do the needful, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication / production of a copy of this order.
