JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being the parents, brother and married sister of the husband of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498A, 504 and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The basic accusation is of torture.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the husband of the informant filed a matrimonial case for restitution of conjugal life prior to the lodging of the present FIR. The accusation is omnibus and general against entire in-laws family.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or
