2. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2. It is stated that the order passed by this Court has been complied with.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the submission that the order of this Court stands complied with. However, learned counsel submits that because of this removal many people are chasing him and he has a threat to his life, therefore, an appropriate direction be issued to the Superintendent of Police, Khagaria to provide him security at
Patna High Court MJC No.2098 of 2018(5) dt.01-03-2024 2/2 his cost.
4. Having regard to the accepted position that the order of this Court has already been complied with, this contempt application is disposed of as having become infructuous.
5. So far as threat perception of the petitioner is concerned, he may file an appropriate representation before the Superintendent of Police, Khagaria/District Magistrate, Khagaria who look into the same and shall take an appropriate decision at the earliest.
