One country made loaded pistol was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that after arrest petitioner was remanded in Bairia P.S. Case no. 166/2015 and except the present case as well as Bairia P.S. Case no. 166/2015, there is no any other criminal antecedent of the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Shikarpur P.S.
