JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Banka P.S. Case No.188 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 337, 353, 431, 427 and 438 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and no one has sustained any injury in the alleged occurrence as also the fact that similarly circumstanced coaccused Chandra Shekhar Panjiyara and Guddue Panjiyara @ Shive Narayan Panjiyra have already been granted pre-arrest bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.07.2017 passed in Cr.Misc. No.28598 of 2017 and Guddu Manji, Phuto

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41435 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 Manjhi and Sonu Manjhi have already been granted pre-arrest bail vide order dated 06.07.2017 passed in Cr.Misc. No.29210 of 2017 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner Laddu Mandal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 188 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today.
