In pursuance of such direction, an inquiry has been completed by the

Patna High Court MJC No.3357 of 2010 dt.02-03-2017 2/2 Regional Deputy Director of Education, Darbhanga to the effect that allegations against Lakshmi Kant Jha are not proved and that request of the petitioner for transfer of Lakshmi Kant Jha is also not acceptable.

In view of the order passed, the order passed by this Court stands complied with.
