The Petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 307, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the manner of occurrence, I am not inclined to extent the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 101 of 2015, G.R. No. 1638 of 2015, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
