This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 427, 379, 354B and 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
About 300 people started damaging the shop of the informant and looted away the articles.
Submission of the petitioner is that a civil suit is going on between the parties. The petitioner is not named in the first information report. His name has been dragged during investigation in the self statement of the co-accused, Shyam Kishore Prasad.
Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner uptill now, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 332 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
