Following reliefs have been sought for in the present writ application on behalf of the petitioners: "(a) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for direction to the respondents for payment of due arrear of salary since date of appointment on 02-03-2007 to till today, the payment of salary/wages has not

On behalf of the petitioners, it has been submitted that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order dated 03-07-2018 passed in CWJC No. 21330 of 2014.

The District Programme Officer (Establishment), Munger, District-Munger (respondent No. 7) is directed to examine the case of the petitioners in the light of the order referred above and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
