Two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner when he along with others were assembled to make preparation for committing the dacoity, for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 22-11-2013. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sultanganj P.S.
