2. This modification application has been filed for an extension of time to surrender before the court below in term of the order dated 26.06.2024 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 35955 of 2024 whereby the petitioners were directed to be released on anticipatory bail within six weeks from that day upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-Ist, Danapur.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 had fallen ill as he was suffering from Jaundice

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63881 of 2024(3) dt.13-09-2024 2/2 and petitioner no. 2 being wife of the petitioner no. 1 was staying with her husband to look after him which prevented them from surrendering and furnishing the bail bonds in the Court below within a period of six weeks.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and averments made in the application, this modification application is allowed.

5. Two weeks' further time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below in terms of the order dated 26.06.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 35955 of 2024.

6. The order dated 26.06.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 35955 of 2024 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
