In this case, the petitioner has raised a grievance with regard to the order dated 13.5.2010 under which the petitioner has been dismissed from service on account of conviction recorded in Sessions Trial No. 164 of 1998 vide judgment and sentence dated 8.4.2004 for life imprisonment.
The disciplinary authority, in exercise of power under Article 311 (2)(b) of the Constitution of India, has dispensed with the services of the petitioner.
This Court does not find any error in the order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his appeal is pending before this Court and he has been enlarged on bail.

If the petitioner will succeed, the law will take its own course and the petitioner will be at liberty to approach the appropriate authority.
