The petitioner, namely, Yaddu Modi @ Jadu Modi apprehends his arrest in Khaira P.S. Case No.90 of 2014 under Sections 147, 149, 323, 341, 325, 504, 307, 354, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there was scuffle between both the parties and free fighting in relation to taking away of branch of Jack fruit tree. Both sides have received injury and counter case has also been filed. Considering the nature of allegation and submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I direct the petitioner named above to surrender before the court below within six weeks from

No.42250 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 today and on his so surrendering, the court below is directed to release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri U.K.Pandey, learned J.M.
