2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 54 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 448, 385, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner along with others came to the house of the informant and demanded Rs. 5 lacs and on refusal, the accused persons including the petitioner started abusing. It is further alleged that the accused persons also made open fire but the informant any how save himself.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63245 of 2024(2) dt.16-12-2024 2/2 petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submitted that both the parties are agnates and there is an admitted land dispute between the parties. He further submitted that the proceeding under Section 145 of the Cr.P.C. was initiated in respect of the disputed land. It is next submitted that the other co-accused namely, Razi Ahmad has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 30.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 217 of 2022.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 54 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
