The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mansi P. S. Case No. 196 of 2016 instituted under Sections 307, 323, 341, 379, 504 and 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on petty issue regarding installation of hand pump, both sides quarreled and the allegation of firing levelled against petitioner no. 1 is false as none has sustained any fire arm injury. The specific allegation of causing injury by hard blunt substance is against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50012 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 Ajeet Yadav and Rana Yadav and injuries are found simple in nature moreover the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are neighbours.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Ranjit Yadav, Shrawan Yadav, Santosh Yadav, Bundal Yadav and Lalo Yadav in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S.Case No. 196 of 2016; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
