JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 28-08-2019 Heard Mr. Yogesh Chandra Verma, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Complaint Case No.1023 of 2017 registered under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
The gist of the allegation that the complainant alleged that the petitioner altogether took Rs.26,000/- and odd from the complainant on assurance to provide him loan from a private company.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no chit of paper to show that the petitioner took any money from the complainant on the pretext of providing any

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Complaint Case No.1023 of 2017, Trial No.1086 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
