Considering the fact that the representation dated 04.11.2014 filed by the petitioner has not been decided by the District Education Officer, Jehanabad as yet, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Education Officer, Jehanabad to decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure-8) at the earliest

Patna High Court CWJC No.20354 of 2014 dt.02-11-2018 2/2 within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

3. In order to facilitate the District Education Officer, Jehanabad, the petitioner would be advised to enclose the copy of representation (Annexure-8) along with a copy of this order so that the necessary order on the same may be passed by the District Education Officer, Jehanabad within the time indicated herein above.

4. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
