Case No. 173 of 2004" has been typed in place of "Hussainganj (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 173 of 2014". Accordingly, the order dated 23-09-2015 is modified to the extent that in the third line of paragraph-2 of the order, "Hussainganj (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 173 of 2004" mentioned in the order be read as "Hussainganj (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 173 of 2014" and accordingly, the time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below is further extended for two weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
