JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-04-2015 The petitioner are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sakra P.S.Case No. 319 of 2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 498(A)/304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The prosecution story, in brief, as alleged by the informant is that the on 11.07.2014 that her dughter Puja Kumari was married with Pabhakar Paswan son of Pawan two years ago as per Hindu rites and rituals and she was gifted with Rs. 51,000/- cash, Gold ,Silver and motorcycle. It is further alleged that there is demand of chain and ring and for that her daughter was tortured. It is further alleged that after killing her daughter the accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49643 of 2014 (2) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 persons in a very haste disposed of the dead body. It is submitted on behalf for the petitioners that petitioner no.1 is the mother-in-law, petitioner nos.2 and 3 are the cousin father- in-laws and petitioner no.4 is cousins mother-inlaw. It has further been submitted that the petitioners have no concern with the husband of the deceased nor involved in the affairs of the husband of the deceased. It is further submitted that the deceased died due to snake bite.

Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR and they were involved in commission of the offence, as alleged.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S.Case No. 319/2014, subject to the conditions, as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
