1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 333 of 2022 registered under Sections 147, 149, 307, 379, 324 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59307 of 2023.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60670 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S.
