Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 25.03.2022.

From perusal of trial court's report it appears that charges have already been framed and the case is at the stage of prosecution evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2021. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody and progress of the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge (NDPS Act), Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2021.
