The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case petitioner no.1 assaulted the father of the informant with Lathi and Khanti so far as petitioner no.2 and 3 are concerned there is no specific allegation of overt-act.
Considering the nature of acquisition, the anticipatory bail application of petitioner no.1 is rejected and let the above named petitioner no.2 and 3, in the event of their
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69342 of 2021(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 87 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
