The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 07.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35923 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the effect that in the last portion of order it should have been "to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha instead of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah" and the period of surrender may be extended.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by three weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48666 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Bagaha (Patkhauli) P.S. Case No. 194 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha instead of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah.

The order dated 07.09.2016 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
