2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bagengola P.S. Case No. 08 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on 12.02.2016 at about 3:00 pm, informant received information that all the FIR named accused persons assaulted and killed her sister due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63115 of 2024(4) dt.08-01-2025 2/2 submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and brothers-in-law of the deceased respectively. Police after investigation submitted charge-sheet under Section 302 of IPC against the husband and step-son of the deceased. But differing with the same, the learned Magistrate took cognizance against the petitioners. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bailbonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Bagengola P.S. Case No. 08 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
