2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities for investigating Jandaha P.S. Case No. 321 of 2022 in a fair manner and within a stipulated time frame.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation of the case of suicide is pending since 2022.

4. In view of the above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali to get the investigation concluded within three months from today if the same has not been concluded yet.
