2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Rail Barauni P.S. Case No. 222 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 08/20(b)(ii)(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 20.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10062 of 2024.

4. As per the prosecution case, 10 Kg of Ganja has been recovered from the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 12.08.2023.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions 1st-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Begusarai/concerned Court in connection with Rail Barauni P.S. Case No. 222 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
