Photocopy of khatiyan along with relevant photographs (except of Khata No. 89 Khesra No. 191) of encroachment is annexed herewith and marked as Annexure-1 series. It is stated that apart from the aforementioned public land, public land belonging to Khata No. 89 Khesra No. 355 and Khata No. 89 Khesra No. 3 has also been encroached upon by respondents 8 to 10.

That aforementioned land in question as stated in para-4 and para-5 falls within the jurisdiction of village-Bandauli, P.S. - Gaurichak, P.O. Masarhi, District-Patna.

We deem it appropriate to direct the petitioner to file a certified copy of this order along with a detailed complaint indicating the details of the encroachment before respondent no 6, the Circle Officer concerned, who shall register the same as an encroachment case under the provisions of Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act and proceed to remove the encroachment after notice to and hearing of concerned and decide the same within a period of six months.
