It is stated by Mr. S.P. Verma for the Patna Municipal Corporation that on verification of the bills submitted by the petitioner, payment of the admissible dues have been cleared inasmuch as the same has been credited in the account of the petitioner.
Counsel for the petitioner, on the other hand, submits that out of a claim of Rs. 70,000/-, a sum of Rs. 54,943/- has only been paid.
In my view, the matter should not be pursued any further. The application stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to ventilate his remaining grievance for payment of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.18338 of 2012 (6) dt.08-02-2016 2/2 other dues before appropriate forum/authority in accordance with law.
