The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 386 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant and others due to non payment of extortion.
It is submitted that there is counter version being Bisfi (Patauna) P.S. case No. 135 of 2015. The petitioner was assaulted by the accused persons.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R. K. Rajak, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Madhubani in Bisfi P.S. Case No. 134/15.
