2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner established physical relation with the informant on pretext of marriage and when she became pregnant, petitioner denied to marry and started demanding dowry.

4. Considering the nature and gravity of the accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
