This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Roh Police Station Case No. 119 of 2021, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 151, 152, 153, 153A, 186, 341, 323, 324, 332, 333, 353, 307, 429, 504, 505, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(A)(1A)(1AA)(1B)(AB), 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioners, the application is allowed. The petitioner, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68650 of 2021(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nawada, in connection with Roh Police Station Case No. 119 of 2021, subject to the condition that the petitioner will deposit Rs. 10,000/- in the District Legal Aid Committee, Nawada.
While accepting the bail bond of the petitioner, the Court below shall verify the fact that the amount have been deposited by the petitioner.
