Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 99 of 2016 registered under Sections- 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. It is further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49091 of 2016 (2) dt.13-12-2016 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of /14th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 99 of 2016.
