The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 302 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, petitioner caused fire arms injury to Ravi Kumar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Injuries caused to said Ravi Kumar by the petitioner have been found to be simple in nature. There is case and counter case and both sides sustained injuries including the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70015 of 2021(3) dt.08-03-2022 2/2 He is in custody since 17.9.2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the State as well as the informant oppose the prayer for bail. They submit that the petitioner is accused in ten criminal cases and he is alleged to have caused fire arms injury to Ravi Kumar.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that there is case and counter case and both sides sustained injuries, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Munger Mufassil Police Station Case No. 194 of 2020.
