2. This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 12.07.2023, passed in M.J.C. No. 920 of 2023, whereby CWJC No. 12068 of 2019 has been restored to its original file.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, in the order, dated 12.07.2023, CWJC No. 12068 of 2019 has wrongly been typed in place of CWJC No. 10728 of 2022.

4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, in the last paragraph of the order, dated 12.07.2023, passed in M.J.C. No. 920 of 2023, let CWJC No. 12068 of 2019 be read as CWJC No. 10728 of 2022.

5. This modification application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
