Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

20-22 litres of country made wine was seized from the possession of petitioner and for that he is under custody since 18.03.2016.

The last case against the petitioner is of the year 2007 and so considering the period of detention petitioner, Sitaram Mandal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Bhagalpur in connection with Budhudhak (Bhagalpur) PS Case No. 9/2016.
