The petitioner seeks bail in Barachatii P.S. Case No. 252/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The police arrested the petitioner and others on the allegation that they were preparing for committing robbery and from possession of the petitioner one loaded country-made pistol was recovered.

It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused Vikash Kumar, Ajit Kumar and Arun Kumar have already been granted bail. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner has

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 252/2016.
