13-12-2016 After some argument, Sri Mukesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Smt. Asha Devi, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition so that petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail. He submits that the coaccused, who has been arrested from the hotel, has been granted bail.
