The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Gopalganj SC/ST P.S. Case No. 21/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST Act.

The informant alleged that while he was passing through the door of the petitioners, the petitioners began to abuse by naming his caste and also assaulted him with fists and slaps. It is submitted that there is a counter version being Bhorey P.S. Case No. 64/2015. Punam Devi with her nephew was going to harvest Rabi crops. A dog standing at the door of Briksha Ram, the informant of the present case started barking. On such,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44161 of 2015 (3) dt.18-12-2015 the nephew of Punam Devi threw a brick. It is alleged that Briksha Ram and others assaulted him and others.

It appears that on account of some petty disputes, the occurrence took place between the two villagers. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj SC/ST P.S. Case No. 21/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
