2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 185/2020, corresponding to G.R. No. 982/2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the F.I.R., the informant has stopped the Pick-Up Van and after search it was found that the illegal Chinese Peas was loaded in the van. When the said Pickup-Van being transported to Company, petitioner and other coaccused disturbed in discharging the official duty.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of case and also nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

7. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

8. However, if the petitioner surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
