It appears that due to some outstanding dues against

Patna High Court CWJC No.13345 of 2010 (6) dt.08-01-2015 2/2 the late husband of the petitioner her family pension was stopped. Since the prayer in the writ petition was for a direction to the respondents to start payment of family pension which had been stopped to her and as per the stand taken in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondents no. 1 and 4, the family pension has been restored from 10.02.2011, and no rejoinder filed to the said counter affidavit together with the fact that nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner, the Court can only presume that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the matter.
