Mandal University, Madhepura 3.Respondent :The Finance officer, B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura 4.Respondent :The L.N.M.U., through its Registrar, having office at Darbhanga Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Binod Bihari Sinha, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: As agreed between the parties, the writ petition stands disposed off in the following terms.

Learned counsel for L. N. Mithila University, Darbhanga agrees that the remaining admissible dues of the petitioner on the head of group insurance shall be forwarded to B. N. Mandal University, Madhepura within two weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the B. N. Mandal University, Madhepura agrees that payment received from L. N. Mithila University as well as the remaining dues payable by the B. N. Mandal University shall be paid within six weeks thereafter. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to move before the appropriate forum in accordance with law for any grievance which still remains. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
