This application is filed for Modification of order dated 02.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44773 of 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner was granted Anticipatory Bail on 02.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44773 of 2016 with a direction to surrender in the Court below within a period of six weeks in connection with Ara Navada P.S. Case No. 411 of 2016, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time. In such view of the matter, the time to surrender of petitioner as per order dated 02.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44773 of 2016 is further extended by four weeks from today in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40883 of 2017 (2) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 connection with Ara Navada P.S. Case No. 411 of 2016, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 02.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44773 of 2016 is modified to the above extent.
