Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Liquor was allegedly recovered from the outside of the house of the petitioners. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case against the petitioners is already complete. Hence, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
