1.400 ltrs. of foreign liquor of Indian origin was seized from the shop of the petitioner and for that, petitioner happens to be under custody since 20.09.2016 having no criminal antecedent as per para 3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner Mukesh Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur in connection with Bahera P.S. case no. 279 of 2016.
