Petitioner is in custody in connection with Nauragia P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel submits that 14 liters of country made liquor was seized from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 20.5.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on
