Petitioner has earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 15555 of 2019, which was rejected vide order dated 20.05.2019, as contained in Annexure-1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a retired Military man who has served the nation honestly for years and he has not committed the alleged crime. It is further submitted that other co-accused persons have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State submits that the case of this petitioner is not similar to the case of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60115 of 2019(2) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 other co-accused persons who have been granted bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not find any fresh ground of reconsideration of the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
