One country-made pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 21-05-2015 without having any criminal antecedent.'

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chautham P.S.
