====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No. 134 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code 1860.

The petitioner claims to be the sister-in-law of the deceased. It is a case of dowry death. The marriage of the informant's daughter was solemnized with Santosh Das about four years back and due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry, the accused persons administered

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature and she is married Nanad of the deceased resides along with her husband elsewhere. Learned counsel further submits that other co-accused persons i.e. parents-in-law of the deceased have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. 10358 of 2021. The petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2021 having no criminal antecedent and charge sheet has already been submitted.

Regards being had to the submission made by the parties and taking into consideration the materials on record, the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 18.82021 having no criminal antecedent, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, charge sheet has already been submitted and parents-in-law of the deceased have already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

No.69797 of 2021(2) dt.24-05-2022 3/3 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No. 134 of 2020.
